What is AIZEN?
AIZEN is an advanced AI trading model that utilizes a Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) to analyze cryptocurrency price movements across multiple time intervals simultaneously. Unlike traditional trading systems that assess each timeframe separately, AIZEN identifies complex relationships between different timeframes and technical indicators (such as 1-minute, 15-minute, 60-minute and 240-minute intervals). This multi-level analysis allows AIZEN to detect intricate patterns that simpler models might miss. Trained on extensive 1-minute market data from Binance using NVIDIA GPUs, AIZEN continuously improves over time, making it capable of generating precise trading predictions based on real-time data. While it shares some similarities with large language models like ChatGPT, AIZEN focuses specifically on technical market analysis.
How AIZEN Works
Input Data: AIZEN V0.1 focuses solely on technical market data, excluding sentiment analysis or external factors like news and social media trends. It relies on historical price movements, trading volume and calculated technical indicators that are chosen for their predictive power. These indicators enable AIZEN to learn the most meaningful relationships within the data to make highly accurate predictions.
Transformer Architecture: AIZEN uses a transformer model similar to large language models like ChatGPT but instead of predicting the next word in a sentence, it predicts future price movements of assets. By analyzing historical technical indicators, AIZEN identifies patterns, relationships and correlations that help forecast price changes. The Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) combines autoregressive models, (Recurrent neural Networks) RNNs and attention models to process sequences of market data over time, learning how past movements and indicators relate to future outcomes.
Prediction Output: AIZEN is currently optimized to generate predictions for a 72-hour time horizon. It predicts the percentage price change of each token it covers, offering traders actionable insights into expected market movements. While the 72-hour window is its primary focus, AIZEN is capable of predicting multiple timeframes, such as intraday or long-term predictions, which is part of its future development goals.
Breadth of Coverage: AIZEN currently monitors and predicts movements across 64 preselected tokens and plans to expand its coverage to more tokens in the future as well as stocks and forex. This extensive reach enables AIZEN to provide diversified insights, empowering traders to make informed decisions across a broad range of assets.
